The capital is committed here and the risk sits with us. A firm gets its answer directly from us.

Conduct of the claim stays with the firm
The law and the file are theirs, and how a fee earner works is not ours to direct. What we add is the capital and the discipline of somebody asking where things have got to.

You lend to us, and you know who that is
Bowland is your counterparty, named in the documents you sign and registered at the address in our footer. You are lending to the business itself, so it is always clear who owes you.

We meet people through introductions
We do not market facilities. Working with us begins with an introduction or a conversation, which suits both sides a good deal better than a brochure would, and it means the people you meet are the people you will deal with.
